As a saline and laser removal tech I'm not biased and will tell you everything you need to know about cosmetic tattoo removal so you know what to expect. This appointment also enables me to check your skin for scarring and conduct a laser patch test if it's safe to do so.

We will discuss:

- Your PMU history

- Your goal i.e. new PMU/ clean canvas

- I'll explain in detail how both Saline and Laser treatments work, the healing, what to expect and colour shifting.

- Skin analysis (skin health and scarring will be checked)

- Carry out a laser patch test if it's safe to do so.

LASER REMOVAL from £120/ £200

A consultation is required before your first treatment so we are able to go through your PMU/ SMP history and discuss your goals so I'm able to explain the treatment and healing in detail before you begin. Subsequent sessions are discounted.

This requires you visit me within 48 hours of your PMU being applied so I am able to soak the area with saline and disrupt the ink from fully settling into the skin. Please keep in mind follow up treatments will be required. An ALLERGY to Aloe Vera excludes you from this treatment.

By purchasing 3 x Saline removal treatments upfront your will receive your laser treatment at no cost saving £120!

Any additional saline treatments that may be required outside of the package is subject to 20% OFF.

Just before you third saline treatment is carried out a laser patch test is carried out on a small section to see how that pigment reacts. As you heal following your saline treatment we will also see how the lasered areas heals and will be able to see if any pinks, oranges or red appear. If they do it's quite apparent additional saline treatments maybe needed however this is all dependant on how saturated your PMU is to begin with. REQUEST HERE.

PMU SAVIOUR PACKAGE £700 SAVING £500

If you have had laser treatments elsewhere and been left with orange, red, yellow colours in the skin which are getting you down, this package enables you to have as many saline removal treatments as possible for 2 years! It is strongly advised to book a consultation first just so we can go through your PMU history and discuss your goals so I'm able to explain the treatment and healing in detail before you begin. All removal services target and remove the ink differently. SALINE disturbs the pigment bringing it up and out of the skin and targets all colours including skin stain and can only be used on migrated eyeliner. Anyone that is allergic to Aloe Vera isn't able to have this treatment. LASER disperses the pigment but also pushes the ink further into the skin meaning the ink particles are expelled through your waste system. Laser has trouble with orange and yellow colours and can't remove skin stain. I personally prefer not to use laser on lip liner tattoos as the colour can flip to black.

This varies person to person, ink type, age of the cosmetic tattoo, the original artists handedness, number of top ups, your skin health, adhereance to aftercare and consistency with the treatment affects how quickly you'll see results. Please note this isn't a quick process. 8 weeks minimum healing time is required between appointments and treaments are adjusted according to t ]he outcome of the previous removal session.

If you have had a bad cosmetic tattoo treatment then a saline treatment can be carried out up to 48 hours after the permanent makeup treatment or before scabs begin to form. The quicker you act the better the result as the skin is open and enables the solution to penetrate the skin and disrupt the pigment. I strongly advise you refrain from attempting any DIY removal treatments to avoid scarring and unnecessary bleeding. I can tell and will not carry out the treatment until at least 12 weeks have passed if this is the case. Please keep in mind multiple treatments may be required.

I do not supply/ apply numbing cream however you're welcome to purchase it from your local pharmacy and apply it BEFORE your appointment following manufacturers instructions. Please note: Numbing agents create a slight barrier between the laser and the ink which does affect the effectiveness of the treatment. It is also your responsibility to patch test the numbing cream a week before your treatment (not on the area to be treated) in case you have a reaction to it.
